An MVS slot is a receiver for the MVS cartridge games produced by SNK company in the early 90's. It was meant to work exclusively in arcade machines and provided a substantial income. The system was really popular due to its ease of use.

A Supergun is an option to link the MVS slot to your TV or other compatible screen. Although it could be quite bulky when gathering the PSU and all cables needed, it was the best solution to play your favorite and cheaper MVS cartridges at home, UNTIL NOW...
